Creating welcoming and peaceful spaces for people to feel calmer and more connected has  always been at the heart of my space holding. Whether it’s a class, course, 1:1, circle or retreat, the hope is that you will feel held with care and like you belong in the space.

My teaching career started in 2014 with my first community class. 11 years on I still feel most at home in community spaces, welcoming people of all walks of life to slow down, move gently and rest deeply. Accessibility is very important to me. This looks like a warm welcome and always meeting people where they are at, whether that’s in a group class, circle or retreat.

For me, real magic is in slowing down and softening, not so much advanced postures or a quick pace. In these moments we can meet ourselves, remember what we need and reconnect to what matters.

About me

Training

From my initial 200hr qualification in Vinyasa Flow with YogaLondon I have trained in Restorative Yoga with Anna Ashby, Yin Yoga with Norman Blair, Anatomy Trains in Motion with Kath Pent. Since 2021 I have specialised in supporting women through pregnancy and into their postpartum with group classes, courses and specialist 1:1’s. After initially training with Calli Popham I have since completed further training in both pre + postnatal yoga with leading institution Birthlight. In 2022 I trained as a women’s circle facilitator with Sister Stories.

Since 2024, after completing Lynn Murphy’s Womb to World postnatal training, I started running a new mother’s gathering called Cocoon from my home in Tottenham. What began as a cross between a mother’s circle and baby massage course, has 2 years on, become a place to be held and part of something in new motherhood. We gather, share, the babies are massaged and bonds of togetherness and support are created.

I teach both general and pre / postnatal weekly in-person classes in Tottenham and Dalston and  co-run several retreats each year in both the U.K and Portugal with my fellow facilitator and friend Chloe George.
