Yoga For Motherhood
A dedicated space for mothers to be held, rest deeply and resource.
Saturday 7th November, 11am - 1pm
@ South Grove Primary, N15 5QE
Incorporating a mix of slow embodied movement, grounding breath-work, yin yoga and supported rest, yoga for motherhood is an opportunity to connect to your body as yours, to relieve some of the fullness and tension of mothering and drop into a state of deep relaxation.
Starting with uncomplicated guided breath-work and tension releasing movement, the session will wind down into a restful yin and restorative yoga sequence.
This is an opportunity to acknowledge and honour the work you do as a mother, and intentionally carve out space to support your nourishment and wellbeing. A powerful practice with a wide ripple effect.
